Hi everyone! I have an assignment due regarding interviewing a nurse manager. Would anyone please be willing to help me with this? It is only 7 questions. They are posted below:

1. Describe your management style.

2. Identify strategies to promote staff retention.

3. How do you motivate your staff?

4 .How do you deal with the “difficult employee?”

5. Identify actions to promote patient satisfaction?

6. How do you promote communication both to your staff and from your staff?

7. How do you redesign work processes to prevent errors???

You should actually interview a nurse manager. Like, in real life. Whose credentials you will be able to verify. It will provide good networking opportunities.

Yes, I actually was able to find someone to interview via my personal contacts. I'll be going to the hospital this weekend!
