hey ladies! im a nursing student previously from two community colleges (Bcc/Hostos) with a competitive GPA. Im on the voyage to commute to Lagaurdia Community college only for hopes of entering into the RN program after one semester! i checked online its possible for me but im worried for my GPA and i cant be advised untill two weeks before class!! i have a B in a key course so my Gpa maybhover in the 3.4 range. Does anybody know of last semesters cut off GPA? Any information from current students of nightmare professors and faulty misleading exams?! I have no clue of this school and if i made it in BCCs program and survived a semester being lazy, im just figuring i can manage. please any info on how high should i score on my teas or CURRENT gpa ranges of previous semesters would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dahirul, no joke, LAGCC nursing program is extremely competitive. The cutoff varies each semester, it really depends on how strong the applicants are for each semester. That is what they base the cut-off on. The best way to see is just to calculate your scores how they would (look at the Nursing manual at LAGCC) and see how close your total is to 12. They really calculate everyone's and go from highest to lowest until the seats are filled.
