Will they turn away new grads at the door again this year?

I'll be there too, but I don't think we'll have a chance to find a job there. The few hospitals that are going to be there are not hiring new grads. And we have to wait until 11am before they let us in. The first 3 hours are for experienced RN's only!!!!

I honestly don't know how we will find our first RN job, I'm afraid that most of us will never find it and will have to give up nursing :=(

yeah, i read about it too, that no experience RNs will not be accomodated til 10-11am.. how sad, where do we find our 1st job and establish our experience (

I don't know where we are going to get our 1 year experience. I am losing hope :crying2: . I'm very discouraged and depressed. I also applied in several other states but heard nothing back.

I applied to LTC and SNF and even there they want 1yr experience. There is really nothing out there for us poor new, soon to be old, grads.

i'm an old grad already 2 yrs since graduation plus im a foreign graduate

just went to the job fair while ago and at providence little company of mary at torrance for a job interview.majority of the hospitals at the job fair were saying that to apply online.I didnt see much recruiters on the job fair.
