L.P.N -felony

I have a theft/tampering with records as a felony on my record which was a welfare fruad over payment case, can I still become a L.P.N.

Seriously doubt it, but this is a question for your state Board. No one here can provide an answer. BTW, a person in my daughter's LVN class was convicted of welfare fraud, was allowed to attend LVN school, graduated near the top of the class, but never got a license. She expected that going in, but wanted to go to nursing school, nonetheless.
