Kindred Hospital Tampa

Can anyone tell me of their experience working at Kindred Tampa? I am a new nurse and have seen other posts saying other Kindred locations have a nurse to patient ratio of 10:1 or 4:1 for ICU. That seems a bit excessive. If anyone could give me some information I would greatly appreciate it.

If that's true...run fast. Have you asked any of the nursing admin about ratios? I used to work for a non-Kindred LTACH, with floor ratios of 4-5:1 and ICU ratio of 3:1. I've never worked so hard in my life. It was way harder than my experience in short-term med-surg.
