Kentucky RN payscale

Hi everyone. I am considering moving to Kentucky can you tell me what the pay scale is like in KY? I have 3 years experience.

In 2022

UK Healthcare starting pay scale based on education and experience is public online (Google UK Healthcare nurse pay).  Currently $28/hr for a new grad ADN nurse and $30/hr for BSN.  For 5 years experience $31.50/$34.73   Unlike a lot of places that require you to get a BSN but don’t pay better for it, the differential increases with experience.

I work at a different hospital in the area. ADN, 2 years total experience 1 year at current employer. One market raise and one merit raise.  Currently making $27.23/hr  I think the local hospitals are all pretty close. Not sure about the rest of the state. With call and overtime but not counting bonuses and tuition reimbursement I’ll make around $63,000 this year
