Anyone working in a Cath Lab in Lexington?

U.S.A. Kentucky

I'm looking at moving to Lexington. I currently work in a CCL and was wondering if anyone has any input on the labs in Lexington?

Check out St. Joseph's as they have a wonderful program and are great to work for. I've worked there and at UK. I honestly didnt care for UK much. I worked the CVICU. We did more hearts than what we did at UK at the time. Also more consistent staffing. Most staff stay so lower turn over rate. In fact they used to have the lowest turnover rate in the area.

Anyone work in the CCL at Central Baptist or UK? What is it like there.... you know the nitty gritty stuff. Is it a good group to work with? How about management?

I didn't work in the cath lab but i worked 4 north cardaic stepdown, and everyone on that floor is very close and work very well together(on nights anyway) House supervisors were great and very helpful.. some of the unit coodinators should be teaching kindergarden instead of managing units but for the most part, CB is not a bad place to work.. Night shift... can't say the same about days because I never worked them.
