i took Kaplan Review (the original cost is $499, i had $50 discount). They have these discounts often. I got mine for attending their free event, some people sign up as a group and get it.
Good luck!

I am taking the Live Online Comprehensive class now as well. In the month of June it is also $50 off... It includes the live class, video reviews, the qbank, the question trainers, a text, and diagnostic tests. I haven't started the actual live portion yet, but I am hopeful that if I follow the entire curriculum as suggested, I will pass.

There is more than one version and many people go with what they can afford at the time. You have to decide what is best for you.
thanks for your informations

I just can't afford a review right now. I am really stressing out because I sent my money in and I am waiting for the ATT code. I have been looking at the random fact thread and a few others. I am also doing the questions in the back of the Saunder's book. Our school did an ATI review which was the biggest JOKE ever.
Anyone know any super affordable online reviews? Please tell me what worked for you?

Try an NCLEX review book that comes with a CD. Not free, but $50 or less. I have the Saunders Comprehensive 4th edition, and I think it's pretty good. With the CD you can kind of simulate an NCLEX exam with 100 questions and then it tells you weak areas to focus on, which I think is absolutely worth it. The CD contains over 4000 questions total. The book contains both content review and practice questions. Maybe you could find a used one on amazon or ebay. I do know that Kaplan has a facebook application with one question per day, but that's hardly enough to study from. THough it is one question more than none. :)
Anyways, I'm doing Kaplan - my employer paid for it, otherwise I would have stuck with the review books and CDs. I'm not sure how good Kaplan is, but it is definitely challenging, which is good. I would check out what kinds of online reviews they offer - maybe there is one in your price range. Good Luck!
Oh - I just had another idea - sometimes local public libraries have review books that you can use, or maybe the library at the school went to. So, that might be free if you can't afford even the $50. Good Luck!

Hey there I have info on Kaplan you shoudl consider. I graduated Nursing school and they made us take Kaplan. I found out last week I did not pass at 265 but i felt as if I was close. The Live course doesn't really focus on content but more on how to break a question down. They provide a book filled with content but i couldn't read that thing it was just way to big. I did over 3,000 questions on their website and felt liek none of it reflected NCLEX. They have Kaplan test taking stragies more aimed on how to answer their questions I thought. I would not recommend Kaplan, personally because I'm a student who needs to grasp information all the way aroudn to get it.
