Kansas City- best hospitals to work at?

Hi, I’m a nursing student graduating in May (with RN BSN) moving to Kansas City (either KS or MO) in June. I’m looking at hospitals, and wondering if anyone has input on the best ones in the area in terms of environment and pay. 
For reference I have 2 years med surg tech experience at a small hospital. Thanks in advance for any input!
