Kaiser Recruitment Process

Published

Wondering if anyone else has had experience with the Kaiser recruitment process? I have a phone interview for a position in Northern California with a recruiter to "discuss details about the position." Should I be expecting this to be more of an interview or an actual discussion related to the details of this job? Thanks for any insight!

I just had a telephone interview and then they sent me a link to do another interview that was online and telephone, it was called Voice Advantage. Is this what you're talking about?

I know this is a late post but how was the Voice Advantage Interview? I am preparing for mine and I had a friend tell me she completely bombed hers so now I'm nervous!

Hi,

I am also preparing for mine. Any tips pls!

I was wondering if anyone had any ways to contact recruiting? I applied for a position and I want to see if a course I took is equivalent to their course in lieu of experience.

Hi, I just spoke with a recruiter about a job I applied for in home health. she is going to set me up to take a math quiz and the automated phone interview. can anyone please give me any pointers on what to expect? How did you all prepare for the math quiz? thank you in advance!

The math test is all basic med tests like nursing school was. I think there's 20 questions and they give you plenty of time for it. Brush up on your drop calculations, weight based med calculations. Otherwise feel confident :)
