I know WA frowns upon CA RN license, otherwise not sure directly regards to your question.

You need to contact the Washington BoN for specifics on obtaining certification in Washington. https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/hpqa1/HPS6/Nursing/default.htm

My observation is that the biggest hurdle for anyone is satisfying Washington's AIDS education requirements.

Until you get your Washington cert you will not be able to work as an NAC but that does not prevent an employer from hiring you and providing you with the state required classes and testing.
