I just moved to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and I am a new grad. Can anyone tell me some information on hospitals in my area and if any are hiring new grads right now? Thanks!

I've seen billboards and city bus benches advertising that Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth is hiring 100 nurses in 100 days. Also, Cooks Children's Hospital always seems to have advertisements for nurses in the employment section of our local newspapers. Good luck with your job search.

Melchm,
Baylor Irving is hiring for the Oncology Med/Surg floor for a weekend nurse. I believe the nurse manager just told me today that you will get an extra 9$ if you work that shift. Man I wish I was a nurse already, LOL. I'm just gaining experience prn as a unit secretary on the side. At any rate, if you are interested, don't even call without first filling out the information on there website, then call to follow up. Good Luck;)
