Just got back from NCLEX!!

Published

Still feel like I am going to pass out and/or throw up. My comp shut off at 75 and I was in and out of there in 50 minutes, including, tutorial, exam and survey at the end.

So I either did pretty good or really bad lol.

Honestly though, this test was unlike anything I have ever experienced.

I hope to God that in 48 hours my license is active on my state's website.

Hope everyone else had a good test day!!

Remember, the odds are in your favor!

I hope you get good news ASAP!

In what way was it different than anything else? Thanks, and crossed fingers!

It was different to me because I have taken tons and tons of rewiew tests (HESI and Kaplan tests) and usually was able to be sure I was choosing the right answer as I was going. Obviously I picked the answers I thought were correct on the NCLEX, but I didn't get the gut feeling I got with the practice tests that 'hey this was easy, and I know this one'. Most of the time I was like, man, I think this is the right answer and I can eliminate these but I still don't feel all that great about it. I kept trying to figure out where my level of difficulty was but had no idea : P lol. Ah well. now it is the waiting game.

I took mine today and I feel the same way! It turned off at 75, I could eliminate some answers and I picked the one I thought was "best" but I really wasn't sure. It's going to be a long 48 hours. Did you get all different questions (some peds, OB, psych, phram, patho) with a some random priority questions mixed in?

Best of luck!

Hi! I took mine today too. I ended with 75 questions. I'm not sure also if I was doing good or really bad. Goodluck to us all!

I got a nice mix of subjects with 4 select-all-that-apply, and a few on infection control that made me wonder am i getting these wrong or are they pilots? Reading others postings about their recent tests I am seeing alot of people mention these infection ?s. Lots of priority ?s. I am so thankful I didn't get a ton of OB or psych- that is what I was really worried about. Phew : P

I took the Nclex today and got 80 questions. I got a lot of priority questions and felt the same way as everybody else!!! I don't know what to think????? I didn't get any psych question but I got alot of meds and infection questions!!

Good luck to us all!!!

There is a good chance they were pilot questions. Those questions are usually harder for candidates, so it is a good content area to write questions for.
