I wanted to make a forum for those who have applied or will be applying to John Peter Smith Hospital for residency for February/March 2024 cohort?
I have applied and actually have an interview finally scheduled. Does anyone have any insight on the interview process?

I have an interview for 10/16 since I live more than 60 miles away, but I have no idea what timeline should be expected or anything about the process either?!
My interview is coming up as well. I wish we had more input as to what the process will be like.

How did the interviews go for y'all? What kind of questions did they ask?

How did your interview go?

It was good! It seemed really quick but it was 30 minutes...so pretty typical! I interviewed with Womens services and She asked me like 3-4 behavioral questions (very typical "tell me about a time you…”) and it was chill! Goodluck y'all!

that's it?! did they tell you when they would get back with you?
I interviewed with the critical care department today and it went pretty well! It was about 30 minutes also. She asked very typical interview questions and it was a very relaxed setting. Good luck everyone! (also let me know if anyone caught when they would let us know about offers)
that is so amazing! I'm glad that you had a great interview. I'm interviewing with Critical Care on Friday. Were all of the managers there or was it only ICU?
(all managers includes E3, P3, P4, P5)

I asked and my lady didn't know for sure...she said on Friday everyone is supposed to turn in their interview decisions so she says maybe Taylor will reach out early next week?

I interview with the manager of P4 but she said she does the interviews for all the Critical Care Units!

For those that interviewed, did they ask for your top choice units within the track you were interviewing for??
