Journal Recommendations - OB/Women's Health/Neonatal

Good Evening All Nurses!

I am in the process of selecting a topic for an oral presentation and paper that will be presented to my Maternal-Newborn clinical class. The topics I am leaning towards are re: ritual female genital mutilation or ethical considerations re: abortion OR providing culturally competent and sensitive care. We can can select any topic we want as long as it relates to OB, women's health, neonatal care, etc.

I have found some articles in The American Journal of Maternal Child Nursing, on the AWHONN web site, and in The Journal of Perinatal & Neonatal Nursing. I'm just wondering if you can recall a specific article that you have read in the past (in regards to any of the above issues) and found to be especially good.
