Johns Hopkins Masters Entry 2017 (MSN)

Hi All,

Figured I'd start a thread for applicants to the Johns Hopkins Masters Entry into Nursing Practice for entry in spring 2017 with July 1 deadline. Good luck all.

End of the week and still haven't heard back!

I'm from L.A. and I'm going to Visiting Day for Columbia's program. I was hoping to hear back from JHU by then so I could potential plan a visit to Baltimore while I'm there. Maybe not :(

Cheer up @ximensure! I guess "early March" notification is still valid until next week (March 10th). One of the applicants last year (2016 Fall) got her admission March 28th, and assuming JHU is still accepting application, we will have more chance to be placed early review than others who applied after the dead line (January 1st).

Are there anyone who got e-mail or phone calls from JHU? I am just wondering and it would be helpful if someone can share up-to-date status of application.

Thanks @ _myglynn I will update my status as well as soon as I see any changes. JHU is holding a online-meeting session on March 8th from 3 pm to 4pm so I might log in and attend / ask some questions about rolling procedures if we don't hear any until that day.

Congrats! I am so happy for that! Did you get a call as well?

(May I ask your prereqs completion as well? I am still taking some so I wonder if that might hinder the acceptance procedure)...

I just got mine, too! I did not get a call. And I still have one prereq that I need to take. I am going to Columbia this week for their visitors day, so then I'll make my final decision about which school I want to go to.

Congrats everyone! I am still taking one more of my lab prereqs as of right now. I am nervous about my GRE score not being at the 50th percentile. I hope that did not minimize my chances of getting in. Still patiently waiting :/

@DetroitAng! Hello! Thank you for the update!. I am so happy for your news from JHU and safe journey to Columbia. Both are very prestigious Universities and have famous nursing programs. I envy you so much!
