Hi Everyone!

I recently graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing and I am having the hardest time finding a job in NJ. Every job that I apply for requires a 1 year nursing experience. It is just very frustrating that there are not many hospitals that hire new graduates that want to stay and work for them and start a career with them.

I applied to a few nurse residency programs and I still have not heard back.

Does anyone have any contact information of any nurse recruiter in NJ? At this point I am willing to move anywhere in the state to just get a job and start my nursing career.

Also, you may want to look into relocation out of the state. NJ and the rest of the northeast has a huge surplus of nurses and isn't too new grad friendly at the moment.

Also, hav you reached out to your preceptor, classmates, clinical instructors, etc?
