Hi, I am a pre-nursing student. I am getting my associates in child development with an emphasis on infants and toddlers. I am also planning on becoming an IBCLC. I was wondering if by any chance an associates in child development could help me in my job search?

Do you want to work in NICU? I'm a bit confused as to what you're planning on doing.

Let me try to clarify after I get out of nursing school I should have an associates in child development with an emphasis on infants and toddlers, my IBCLC license, and the ADN/RN. I am wondering if the associates in child development could seperate me from others applying for a NICU position or if it is completely irrelevant and should not even be on my resume.

Well, I can't say this is 100% accurate, but I don't see it having any relevance in the NICU. I'd recommend that you focus on your nursing degree before anything extra.
