can any one help me find a job in state of NJ? as RN?

i work in long term care. for some reason it is so hard ot find job in hospital here.

The best advice is apply everywhere and keep calling the recruiters and showing up with resume in hand is not a bad idea either, you may get lucky that way. Just dress for success

Well speaking proper English may be the first best impression. Jobs are getting scarce here and those who really apply themselves with professional follow-up are the ones who are going to have the best chances. You may have to settle for less pay, different hours or more expensive benefits in order to land a job.
