Jacksonville nursing students. UF

Published

I am planning on going back to school to get my BSN and would LOVE to be able to go to UF if I am accepted. Problem is I can't be willy nilly about it since I am married and have a house of our own I can't abandon my husband or our responsibilites. He is a teacher here in Jax and it would be silly of my to just stay in Gainesville for school. How often are the classes? Do any of you Jacksonville nurses drive from here to go to school at UF on a regular basis? How often? If this is not feasable the I will go another route. :)

Specializes in ICU, Heart/Lung transplant.

Why not JU or UNF?

If I have to I will thats what the other route(s) would be. I just want to know about the question I asked if anyone has and what it was like.

Thats kinda hard I would try UNF first before I start anywere else. You do need to apply to more than one school because Nursing is competitive. I applied at UN,UNF,FSU and FAMU.
