It's so Different Here!

I recently joined the OT team in a new hospital. Obstetric emergencies are majority of the cases we find here. In my previous work place, scrubbing and circulating were so easy and flexible for me but here it's so complicated. It's like everyone's got their eyes on me and that makes me make a lot of mistakes which make me feel so bad and incompetent. The protocols here are so rigid, though I think it's fine and like it just this way. Some of the staff are nice but others just want you to make a mistake so that they can give you that 'look'. I'm really trying so hard to keep up with the pace. Has anyone ever felt this way? How do I meet up?
