I just graduated this week. I will be taking the NCLEX next month. I know that some of you took it several times before passing and that is reasuring that we will all pass at some point. I was just wondering if there is a set time limit after graduating that you have to pass the NCLEX. Or, is there no time limit to passing and getting your license. Congratulations to everyone who has passed!

No time limit. At least for most states.
Thanks

I think in Florida there is a six month time frame. I think you lose graduate nurse status six months after graduation. I'm not 100% positive - would have to check to be sure. Just something I remember them mentioning when we were applying.
