Is there a physics section on HESI A2?

I keep getting conflicting answers about physics being on the HESI A2 (for TWU). The HESI A2 study guide has a physics section, but TWU's website does not show that there will be a physics section. However, when I call, TWU just says that you have to take everything, whatever that encompasses. The prometrics website does not show a physics section either, so I have no clue why the study guide would. Has anyone taken the HESI A2 for TWU, and if you did, would you mind telling me if there was a physics section or not? Thanks so much in advance.

No I don't think there is, my school has HESI A2, I didnt have to take it, I've heard that it isn't a difficult test and I didn't hear anything about physics on the test, mainly because my school didnt require physics as a pre-req, but maybe your school is different, idk. Good luck though!

No, there was not a physics section on the Hesi A2. I do not know whether or not it varies from school to school because I took it for the El Centro Community College RN program. It really wasn't that difficult, just basic and general things.

I took the Hesi A2 for TVCC and there was not any Physics on it. All the sections were there but we only had to take three specific sections for the program but I do not remember anything about Physics.

From the TWU website

Test Components

The HESI A2 consists of six academically oriented examinations: math, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, science (chemistry and biology), anatomy and physiology, and critical thinking, as well as three personally oriented examinations: a hearing styles assessment, a personal inventory, and a behavioral inventory.

Thank you for your response. I hope you did well on your exam. Everything else listed is on the exam? I'm studying daily for the exam and plan to take it in July. I'm taking everyone suggestions and trying to make sure I'm totally prepared. Going to majors and half price books to see if I can find some materials.

Yes everything else is listed. That is what I did. I compiled everyones posts about the test into one and did everything suggested. I went to half price and found some genereal nursing test study guides, and that helped.

I will do the same. To what schools will you apply? UTMB is my first choice, TWU second, and possibly UT-Houston (Fall 2010). I still have chemistry to take in the Fall, otherwise I would try for all 3 in the Spring 2010.
