IS Hurst Review worth the money?

I was wanting to hear opinions if the Hurst Review was worth the money? I have ATI virtual online review videos and questions but wanted to see if others thought Hurst Review was better. Thanks

I think each review program has their own specialty so comparing them side by side is like shopping for a car with the same brand but different specs. Hurst is good for content review, Kaplan is good for strategies, others are good when it comes to answering prioritization questions/SATA etc.

I only reviewed Hurst and I passed my NCLEX the first time this Wednesday. I think it is a great review and will definitely refresh your memory on a bunch of important topics that you need to know. I never felt lost at all during the entire time I took NCLEX..I felt like the questions were all fair and not ridiculous. I had a bunch of SATA and I felt that knowing the Hurst review book helped me narrow down the choices. The review videos/lectures are all very fun and easy to follow as well as funny. I would recommend them for sure :up:

This will be my fourth time taking nclex. I have such bad anxiety I took kaplan before and just recently took hurst my scores on the q review have beenint he 60's what has been your scores since you passed I am so afraid I really need to pass this test

Hi Meghanbeth09, Hurst is most certainly worth the money, if you MASTER all the content in the book. This book is great on content & I studied it with a friend & we tested each other on every page in that book, which helped me master that content.

I fifth time test takers for nclex exam.i would like to know guys regarding hurst review book is that helpful or I can listen video and do study books.i need to know plz help me.i also wants to regarding Kaplan book is good enough for nclex exam.

My q review scores were not that good. I got 77, 81, 87, 86, 83 and 91 out of 125. Do not let those q results scare you.. I felt bad about them but I passed NCLEX. Make sure you look at each answer choice and think to yourself, if only one thing was true, which would it be? I thought that for each question and tried to look at each patient as if they were dying. I wish you the best of luck!!

Hi Elmstsurvivor thank you so mush for responding. What other sources did you use for nclex. I also hired a tutor again because I really need to pass this exam. My q review scores have been 75, 84,78, 77, 79 out of 125. I really hope I pass this time. It has been so stressful as I have many student loans. I am so worried.
