I have heard that there is a shortage of nursing jobs and that more and more new grads are having issues finding employment? What have your experiences been?

It kind of depends on what area of the country you live in. Some area's are harder to find work in than others.

Even experienced nurses have trouble finding work in many areas. The nursing market mirrors that of the general economy, work is not that plentiful.
