No. Medical Terminology won't really help, although it MAY be a plus it's not need for the job. The reason I know is because this is what I do. I trained for 4 weeks to learn all about the different insurances and the different insurance terms. Learned all about copays and deductibles. Hard at first (because I work in the ER) but I love my job and the PRN position gives me time to focus on my school (5th semester nursing school...yay!)

Honestly, the requirements translate more to customer service/sales/car rental agent then anything else
