I fully intended to go to a brick and mortar hybrid program in my state, but I am moving in about 1.5-2 years. The programs in my state don't allow students from the state I want to move to. I already inquired. No exceptions except less than 6 months travel nurse but clinicals must be finished in the state and the permanent residence can't be in the state I'm moving to. I really don't want to waste time getting my NP. I put it off already and am sorry I did but as of now I'm looking at chamberlain because it has no state restrictions. Honestly I'm not sure what the hate is for because I know I'm not a student with a 2.0 GPA (4.0 here!) and I know that we get out of it what we put in and I will put in 110% effort. Just like any other program to me. Most people tell me no one will care what school I went to just like they didn't with my undergrad school. So I'm curious why the hate online for chamberlain though?
