Is a BSN needed

Has 9 years experience.

I am interested in getting WOC certification. I have an ADN and a non nursing Bachelors.

I am seeing many wound jobs requesting a BSN. Has anyone without a BSN had problems in obtaining employment as a WOC nurse?

I'm trying to get as much info as possible before I spend money on a wound program. Right now I have no desire to obtain my BSN

When I worked in the nursing home setting, all of the wound care clinicians were LPNs/LVNs. Also, the wound care nurse at my workplace is an RN with an ADN.

However, if all the wound care job postings in your area seem to prefer or require a BSN degree, you'll probably need that degree to obtain employment.
