I am a Nurse Recruiter working for a National Company. I am eager to learn what nurses are looking for when they choose a Staffing Agency to work for. If you had your 'ideal' company to work for, what would it be? When you are looking for an agency to work with, what is it that peaks your interest?-is it the cancellation rate, the benefits, customer service, pay, or patient ratio? With your input, I would like to go back to my corporate office and stress what the trends are. It is said that in 2007-2015 the nurse shortage will be self evident...a serious drought is coming our way and I would like to be sure we are providing everything needed to take care of our current staffing nurses.
