I'm a nurse with more than 30 years of experience. I've worked in M/S, Rehab, Occupational Health, ICU, Peds, ER, School Nursing, and now in a small, rural hospital as a "worker bee" staff nurse and mentor for new RN's.:spin: I can't really imagine doing anything else for a living, albeit I used to be an English/Spanish teacher in middle school. I am finally at a point in my career where I'm completely comfortable with what I do and truly enjoy going to work each day. I've just been "appointed" our nurse educator for the staff at my hospital, and I was looking for a place to get some good ideas when I stumbled on this website. Hope to hear from many of you.
