1. Hi! I just wanted to intro myself. I am 43 years old and have been a nurse for 9 years. I started late in my career b/c I was laid off at a manufacturing plant and decided to go into nursing. The last 3.5 years I have been working on a BMT unit. Love the work. It is hard and very rewarding. I'm a charge nurse now and I love new nurses and teaching them. Those of you still in school - keep up the good work, it's worth it.
