Oklahoma Nurse - Hello All.

  1. Hello to all, I have been a nurse in Oklahoma for almost 4 years. While I was in nursing school I worked for Mercy PRN for their clinics (float pool - more flexible and more money). I also worked for Deaconess in the ER as a tech and I learned as much there as I did most of the time in school. Hats off to ER nurses, especially there ones at Deaconess.

I'm married, have one son, one cat, 2 budgies, 7 Zebra finches and a host of outdoor critters that I help nature take care of. (Only on the Oklahoma page will you see the word critter. [font=Wingdings][font=Wingdings]J)

I currently have been working in Clinical Trial Research and have just passes the certification test in this field. I think that this may be my cup of tea. I make far more money than I could as an LPN on the floor, still get to use a lot of my nursing skills, work Monday thru Friday with normal hours and get to travel to a great number of places that I would not have seen other wise.

I just found the Oklahoma Site today and look forward to hearing from more Oklahoma Nurses as well as other nurses around the world!

Welcome to Allnurses.com from Bangkok, Thailand.
Is that far enough around the world for you? I am actually an American nurse that resides over here, and hopefully will for the rest of my life.

This site can be very addicting, so watch out..........

    Welcome to allnurses!

My husband and I love birds, too! We had a sun conure, but now he wants a macaw or a grey!
