Newbie Here Wanting 2 Say Hello!!

  1. Hello everyone!

I am a 32 yr. old college student I am finishing my prereqs. after 12 years, busy with becoming a wife and mother of 3 boys. Now that my boys are all in school full-time, I joined them by becoming a student myself. This is going on my 3rd semester which went very fastand basic (Eng, Math, and some HCC classes)..... I am very excited and may need guidance so I am hoping I can find that here.....Well Thanks for reading and please if anyone can give pointers I will gladly accept them...azdld

yay! more people from hawaii!! ^^ I too am new to this site, although i haven't done an intro...in any case, my name is shana. right now i am a junior at uhm, however, i too am taking pre-requisites still yet and am finding out the hard way about the best route to go through nursing school...i suggest to start off at a community college, get ur adn form kcc, which will only take about 3 yrs and then apply to uhm, which btw is an immediate acceptance as long as u have obtained ur rn licensing, then it'll take another 2-3 yrs to complete ur bachelors, it's the easiest and most cost efficient route to go through ...im sure u'll have more questions, so feel free to ask away, hopefully i can help u answer some of them... as i am still exploring other options..
