I do not know off hand a website for careplans, but all of the bookstores sell great books on how to prepare these. Care plans are difficult if you make them difficult. GET a book to help you and it will make your life a lot better. Also, the purpose of doing the care plan is have you learn how to know what is exactly wrong with a pt and how to determine what you will do for the pt by priority etc. This is crucial for you to know to pass nursing school. You also need to post this in the nursing school forum. If you leave this here you will probably not get many reply's.
    I hope this helps.

    Welcome to Allnurses.

The student nurses forum here: https://allnurses.com/forums/f50/ has two ongoing discussions about care plans at the top. Good luck.

    hi, jen!

i will list several links that give you some general information about care plans, but they are from nursing programs that are directions for their particular nursing schools. has your school given you any specific instructions? you should always follow the directions your instructors give you because your grades will depend on it. i will also list some links where you can look at sample care plans. i have two links to care plan constructors that students can use to help them write a care plan. they actually are companion websites that accompany care plan books that you can buy. i strongly recommend that you put out the cash money to buy a care plan or nursing diagnosis book to help you out with care plan writing. if you check out the general nursing student discussion forum (i've given you a link to it below) you will find many threads where the best nursing care plan book to buy is discussed. perhaps your instructors have an opinion as to which one would be best. i have an opinion as well. not only will one of these books help you with choosing nursing diagnoses, but it will have nursing interventions and rationales listed in it that you might have overlooked in your nursing fundamentals books.

i encourage you to hang out at allnurses with the other nursing students at these two forums:
https://allnurses.com/forums/f205/ - nursing student assistance forums
