New Nurse- Relocation 3,000 most hospitals assist with that?

  1. Hello,
I am making a big move form the west coast to the east coast...yeah! I am currently talking to three hospitals, they all say they offer relocation assistance, but they do not say how much. I don't want to ask the human resourse people until I fly out in person for the interviews. One said they would give 2500-4000 dollars, Just curious if anyone has experience with relocation assistance acroos the country. Also how did they pay. Pay up front, or afterward???? Thanks. I finished school and I'm too broke:wink2:

My experience is that many hospitals actually don't offer this at all, so your three are good choices. Most that do offer it pay after you show some receipts...
    good Luck
