New CNA in Aug. going on to LPN school

  1. Lost my job at the local school due to budget cuts after being there 6 years. Where to work where I won't have to worry about that and have a stable job and to work anywhere. LPN school has started and I am already overwhelmed the classes go to July so there is light at the end of the tunnel but right now it is faint. So here I am!!

I am sorry that you are feeling overwhelmed. I am in LPN school too. Remember that all one year or 18 month LPN schools are "cram" schools and that you are learning in one year what was orriginally meant to learn in 2 years. My instructors and nurses at clinical tell us this all the time and it is something that I wish paople would realize. Do the best you can and get a lot out of school. Good Luck!!! Oh and your CNA experience will help you.
