I think I've got this thing figured out

  1. Hello Everyone, I've been trying to figure out how to use this site, and I just watched the newcomer video which I think helped me alot. Anyway I live in California, currently taking my pre-reqs for the RN program. I've been out of school for over 20 years. Getting the pre-reqs is a long process, you have to take pre-reqs to get into pre-reqs. I've finished, nutrition, psych, human life span, and basic math. I'm currently taking Pre-Algebra to get into Algebra, to get into Chemistry, to get into Biology. There must be a easier/quicker way, Does anybody know of one?

I am a 2nd year RN student now and I can't think of any short cuts to the RN program, just try and enjoy the journey. I will be doing my OB rotation the 19th and looking forward to it. Currently working on the postpartum medications and can't find dosage and route info for morphine, dilaudid, mefoxin, ibuprofen, lortab, and hydrocodone. Anyone have any suggestions where I can find the information. Can't find it in the maternal/newborn text. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Scotland! Someday I hope to visit. Maybe after nursing school. I'm trying to enjoy the journey through school but looking forward to the end. I have a great cat too. His name is Buddy, he's my study buddy, although he can make it difficult to study when he sits on my texts and notes
