1. Hi everybody! This is a really cool website. I am starting the LPN course in Daytona Beach on Aug. 23. I have been a CNA for 20 years. I've always wanted to be a nurse, lpn is fine with me.I am married and have an 8 year old daughter. She is not a happy camper that she has to go to an after school program, but it's only for about 2 hours at the most. She has always been with me and has never been in daycare. So I have the major guilt trip going on. I hope I can get through this. There are alot of opportunities out there in many different settings and I can't wait for that door to open! I'm not out to get rich, but just to make life a little easier. I look forward to chatting with you all! :spin:

    Good luck to you.

It's hard to let go of the guilt. Kids are flexible, she'll get used to it and you know you're doing it for her in the end. Good luck!
