1. Dear: New friends in nursing,
I am currently in my 3rd quarter, of my 2nd year of nursing school, have been married for almost 25 years and raised two children, and am changing careers at a later age in life. I joined your website hoping to get some good tips to become a more successful nurse as have been feeling very overwhelmed lately in the clinical setting. skills that we practiced we are are supposed to be proficient at like we should have the same experience that seasoned nurses havewhen we walk on the floor. So, anyway, if anyone has some encouragement on stressors regaring these kinds of issues, I would appreciate the feedback. It seems that technical challenges such as problems with machines and iv pumps are really stressing me out lately. Hope to make some great aquaintences through this website and gain valuable knowledge to get me over this hump. Thanks! Buzbee
