Dropped out

  1. I had to drop out after three years of nursing school and switched to community health education. I then went on to get a Master's in English.

I have suffered from a lot of chronic problems and have finally decided to try a part time job.

I AM SCARED TO DEATH that my employer will find out about my problems during the physical. It just a part time writing job, but I still don't know if I can do it.

What do I tell the doc who knows all of my health history?

(((Dad is anesthetist, sister is ICU director, Mom home health executive and RN, both grands were nurses, great-grandfather was a doc))))

I already had to give up nursing--how will I ever be able to work if I'm not given a chance????

You personal health history is your personal business, not your employers.

However, if you can not physically perform the job, why put yourself and your employer at risk.

    Good luck.
