CRNA Interview

  1. I am an RN with 1 and 1/2 yrs experience at a level 1 trauma center in the ICU, where I had experience with pediatrics, adults, burns, trauma, neuro, ortho and others I can't think of. I have PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP, and I am taking the CCRN in 10 days. I had a 3.7 GPA in Nursing school, yet an 880 on the GRE. I have shadowed one nurse anesthetist. I have applied to 5 CRNA programs and so far have 2 interviews scheduled. One is Tues. I feel that I am a good candidate for CRNA school but I am very nervous about the interview. Getting into CRNC school has been a goal of mine for the past 4yrs and I worry that my age will be frowned upon. My question there anything else I can do to assure my acceptance into a program and, what type of interview questions do I have to look forward to? Any tips are well appreciated.
