Interviewing for Charge Nurse Position on Child/Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Unit

I will be interviewing for a Charge Nurse position on a Child/Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Unit this week. Has anyone worked on one of these units? If you have, please let me know what to expect. Thanks!

If this unit is similar to ours the stays are usually fairly short

we get them after they are stabiized...somewhat. We are seeing more and more truly mentally ill children. their histories are frightening. but they are great; most of them just want to feel safe. :sniff:
