So my experiance includes LTC, podiatry and a podiatry clinic, home health and instructing C.N.A classes...I had seen this job posted and applied not really thinking i would get an interview since it said they were seeking an "experianced" LPN and i honestly didnt see myself as all that experianced. Anyway the interview is for tomorrow and i'm so nervous! Any suggestions? BTW here is the job description!

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN to serve as our Staff Development Coordinator in our faith- based, non-profit organization. This person should be willing to offer compassionate care and superior service.
This position will be responsible for planning and directing all educational in-service for the facility. The successful LPN candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Long-term care experience is highly preferred.

I will write more later. I work in a staff development position as a nurse and LOVE it!!

If you have the heart of a teacher and don't mind being wrong sometimes and CAN place yourself in the staff's shoes-all is well.

thanks! please please let me know aobut your job if you get a chance..i LOVE teaching C.N.A. but this oppurtunity is much closer to my home and i think my hours would be better as well. I have no idea what the pay is though! thanks again, look forward to hearing from you!
