I am in my 3rd quarter in my nursing program and have one more quarter to go. If everything goes as planned, I am looking to graduate in September of this year. I just have a little question about internship and I am hoping one of you can answer it. Are internships required? Or is that a personal decision that you make?

I have not heard of internships being offered in practical nursing programs, so this is something fairly new to me. Or are you referring to the first nursing job type of internships?

My school had a 4 week internship (other school refer to it as capstone as well). We were in our internship the last 4 weeks of our final semester.
