for the CES form and NJ application form, what do i use, pen or pencil? hee-ha..:D yeah, i know guys the question is simple but i posted this thread because i really dunno what to use..i just wanna make certain that im not gonna get wrong in accomplishing these forms/papers..i appreciate if you guys respond. muchos gracias!:saint:

Please read the CES and NJ application handbook. If it is not written/instructed there, you can use either, but I prefer pen because it is dark and clearer/more legible.

why will you use a pencil? it can easily be erased.
