Sorry, I don't think that's right. The hospital does not submit biographical data, the nurse does.

The NVC is waiting for the completed ds-230 forms from the hospital. The hospital's lawyer should have sent the completed forms to you for your review and signature. Once they get it back, they will send the forms to NVC. The NVC will assess them and once deemed completed, the petition will then be sent to the embassy.
