What is significant about the 2007 test plan? Is there any major change that goes with it? If there's any, what is it? Comparing the 2004 and 2007 test plans, I did not find any major change, e.g., the distribution of content is basically the same. Or could it be that I overlooked reading the "changes" with my "tired eyes" ?

I too could not find any change except the printing is compact and took 10 pages than the previous test plan of 12 pages[:spin: ].

Looking it over quickly, it does not really look any different from the past exams. Preparation will still be the same. No changes in the format of questions, and the same 75 to 265 quetions per exam.

Gosh ms. Suzanne, i'm planning to take nclex by may so I am nervous because the way I read about it in the ncsbn.org website , the questions will be more complicated just like the example they put there. I'm worried. But I cannot rush to take the exam without enough preapration by taking it in march. What can you say about it?

If you are prepared properly for the exam in the first place, any changes should not be an issue.
