depends on what you do with pearsonvue when you register with them, if you give them an email address they will email ATT and I think they will also post it

ATT or Authorization to test is a paper send by pearson Vue after you received your eligibility for taking nclex. it gives you an authorization number and test validity and this should be provided to your test center on the day of your exam. it is not any kind of certification.

I am not sure how you can apply for it outside the country. Hope someone here can give you that info.

Can be applied for from what ever country you live in. I recieved mine no problems in the UK via email and just made sure I had a couple of copies for when I got out to the US. I took my exam just before centres opened outside the US

It depends, if you registered via mail then you will receive it by mail unless you specified you want it through email. If you registered online surely you will receive it by email.

You need only Form 1 plus the CVS to be submitted to them by CGFNS.

NY does not require fingerprints. You just need to have those courses done before a license will be issued, but it is not necessary in the beginning stages.

It is up to you when to do that course. If you go to the same website that you used to download the form for NY, you will find a link to the websites that offer that course. It costs $15 and takes less than two hours to complete...........look for the "on-line" listing of schools.
