Have U Ever wondered...

  1. Where is the best place to work?

Unionized or Non - unionized setting.

I've worked both and I am curious to hear about other nurses opinions, experiences, etc...

I've done both and prefer unionized BY FAR!!!! It would take an act of God to get me to work in a non-union place again. I would say it is less of a problem in Canada. Here non-union places still have to compete with a huge number of union places so contracts are often similar. I do know some people who got screwed around even here though by a non-union place promising what the union facilities were and not delivering.
