Question to all the GN. If your not successful for the third time atempt for CRNE will CARNA allow you to renew your temporary lisence again or you will be out to work as GN. Is there any other option, like taking LPN lisencesure exam. Do I need to take LPN program to qualify to take this exam. Thanks!

I think if you fail 3 X I would look for another career.

My understanding is if you fail the CRNE three times, then thats it. Too bad, so sad....time to find a new career with that nursing degree!

If you are the one who is in this situation, judging from your post, it looks like you need to work on your English language grammar and spelling skills. That may be what is holding you back from passing.

Yup, you need to be a graduate of a PN programme to write the exam. It's not a safety net for failed BScN students.

PN grads only get three chances to pass and then its back to school.

Sounds like Canadians either have to pass or fail, not attempt multiple re-writes like our American posters.
